1. What is your style?
I pride myself in crafting true-to-color, vibrant, and high-contrast images.
2. How will we receive our photos?
I will send you the link to an online gallery where you can download your photos when they are ready.
3. What is your turn around time?
One week for portraits, two weeks for weddings.
4. How long have you been a photographer?
I have been practicing photography almost my whole life, but professionally for 3 years.
5. Do you give raw/unedited photos?
I do not. When I edit photos, I work to produce the highest quality image possible, so giving away RAWs is like giving you an uncooked pizza- all the components are there but it's not quite done yet!
6. Where are you located?
I am currently located in Boone, North Carolina through July 2021.
7. Do you charge for travel?
Please contact me for a custom travel quote to your location.
8. Do you help with the planning process?
Absolutely! No matter the project, I love collaborating with you to work out every detail.
9. Can we bring our pet?
Of course! Just let me know in advance so that I can plan accordingly.
10. What should we wear for our session?
I always suggest keeping it casual! Overall, what you feel most confident in is best. If we're in the mountains, please make sure to wear sturdy shoes. I advise against bright colors and prints, and suggest neutrals. Of course, you can ask me if you have any more concerns about what to wear and even send over your outfit ideas.
11. Is an engagement session really necessary?
With all of my wedding packages, I include a complimentary engagement session. This is great because it helps us get to know each other, and lets you comfortable in front of my camera! Not to mention, you'll get some great casual photos.
12. What is a second shooter and do you have one?
A second shooter at weddings covers the details that I cannot when I'm capturing the main moments. I have a wonderful second shooter who comes with me to all full day weddings.
13. Do you sell prints?
I do! After your session, I am happy to set up a sales appointment and we can discuss all of the printing options, including albums, canvases, and paper prints. Not a client of mine? Please contact me for art print requests and we can make it happen.
